Hello there, my name is Lenka and I am the founder of Biohacking.mum. As a certified Life and Wellness Coach, Nutritionist, and Mental Health First Aid Instructor, I am passionate about helping people achieve optimal wellbeing. I am also a mother of two wonderful children. Despite my credentials, I understand firsthand the challenges that come with being a new mom, including exhaustion, stress, and a sense of loss of control. I used to think that my body and life had permanently changed, and that I could never regain my pre-baby energy and appearance.
However, I believe that we take the best care of what we love the most, and that's why I began optimizing my family's overall health and wellness. By improving our mindset and incorporating ancestral knowledge of good nutrition into our daily lives, I started biohacking to achieve a better quality of life.
