To make it easier for customers to follow, the plan includes a specific food list, which consists of whole, nutrient-dense foods that provide essential vitamins and minerals. Small group sessions 45min through Zoom 5 times per week Monday-Friday which include bodyweight, resistance, and yoga training. This will give you accountability and consistency in your health and fitness

Hello there, my name is Lenka and I am the founder of Biohacking.mum. As a certified Life and Wellness Coach, Nutritionist, and Mental Health First Aid Instructor, I am passionate about helping people achieve optimal wellbeing. I am also a mother of two wonderful children. Despite my credentials, I understand firsthand the challenges that come with being a new mom, including exhaustion, stress, and a sense of loss of control. I used to think that my body and life had permanently changed and that I could never regain my pre-baby energy and appearance.
However, I believe that we take the best care of what we love the most, and that's why I began optimizing my family's overall health and wellness.
