Itinerary:

Leaving first day 5am

Goal settign and completing workbooks on the way to Snowden

Arriving to Snowden  10-11am

Hike for 5h

Stretching 

Going to hotel for a night

Morning early breakfast 

Bike ride from hotel to Biggest water fall in Snowdon Aber Falls then cycle back and stop at Cefn Coch Stone Circle

Leaving Snowdonia around 5pm

Things to know:

Have to have your own bike suitable for riding on gravel

War confortable sports clothes and shoes (hiking shoes would be best)

If the it is rainy day have waterproof clothes

If you have asma or alergies have your medication with you

Pack spare set of clothes 

One backpack should be enough for the weekend

You should be able to walk for 5 hours to participate on this trip
